JROUD Aaqoura Eco-Village Refund Policy

At Jroud Aaqoura Eco-Village, we value our guests and strive to provide flexibility with our booking process. We understand that plans can change, and we want to assure you that your investment in our services is secure.

1. Refund and Downpayment:

Refund Policy:
If you cancel your reservation within 3 days of your check-in date, your down payment will not be refunded, and if you are part of a group, your canceled unit fee will have to be paid in full.
If you cancel your reservation prior to 3 days of your check-in date, any amount paid will remain with Jroud Aaqoura Eco-Village and will not be lost. Instead, it will be considered as a down payment for your future visit to our hotel.
Please note that all cancellations are subject to the terms above even in cases of force majeure events (except for the cancellations within 3 days which may be then, in case of a force majeure, be reused for future reservations), which are beyond anybody’s control.

2. Future Reservations:

The downpayment can be applied towards any future stay/activity at Jroud within 2 years from the original booking date.

3. Rebooking:

To utilize your downpayment for a future reservation, please keep a copy of your chat/conversation and contact our reservations team on +96170375665, and they will assist you in applying the amount accordingly.

4. No Cash Refunds:

Please note that the paid amount cannot be refunded in cash; it will only be transferable as a downpayment for future bookings.
